The Houston Texans comeback win in overtime over the Indianapolis Colts drew a 9.0/15 overnight rating/share (on average 9 percent of all the households in the largest 56 TV markets were tuned into the game and 15% of households watching TV at the time). That’s down 38 percent versus the 14.6 overnight for last year’s Patriots-Colts week 6 game. The 9.0 was still good enough to beat NLCS Game 2’s 5.0 overnight rating on FS1 by 80%, but that won’t take the sting off the year over year drop.
