Dodgers-Cubs Game 3 draws 6.5 million, Indians-Blue Jays Game draws 2.7 million

The Los Angeles Dodgers win over the Chicago Cubs to take a two games to one lead in the NLCS averaged 6.494 million viewers on FS1. That’s FS1’s 2nd-best viewership ever trailing only Sunday’s Game 2 of the series that averaged 7.291 million.

Meanwhile the Toronto Blue Jays win over the Cleveland Indians to force a fifth game of the ALCS averaged 2.738 million on TBS (U.S. viewership only, doesn’t include Canada).

I haven’t yet received the report for Tuesday that I use to make the daily cable sports tables, but will post as soon as I can. In the meanwhile there are some additional numbers from Tuesday in my Twitter stream.

  1. This headline is bad and the writer should feel bad. Not including the Canadian viewership is disingenuous and implies that the viewership for the Indians-Blue Jays game is far less than the Cubs-Dodgers game which might not reflect reality.

    1. You should then also add viewers in Central America and the Caribbean.

This website is about United States television channels.
