PBC Boxing primetime NBC overnight down 23% from March 7 debut

 

UpdatePer NBC Sports Saturday’s PBC primetime telecast on NBC averaged 2.9 million viewers and peaked with 3.4 million viewers. The 2.9 million was down 15% from the first primetime telecast on March 7 that averaged 3.4 million and peaked with 4.2 million viewers.

PBC Boxing’s second outing in primetime on NBC scored a 1.94 overnight household rating according to NBC and peaked from 10:30-11p wit a 2.38 rating.  That’s down 23% from the inaugural primetime NBC coverage on March 7 that drew a 2.53 overnight and peaked with a 3.01.

Philly 2.9/5
Detroit 2.8/5
Richmond 2.6/4
Columbus 2.6/5
Wash., DC 2.6/5

Overnight household rating = the live+same day DVR overnight metered-market household rating from the top 56 Nielsen television markets. The 56 markets (out of 210 total) account for about 70% of the US TV-viewing population. The  overnight household rating is  the percentage of the households that were tuned-in in those markets.
