The NFL’s switch to a Friday-Monday schedule from the previous Saturday-Tuesday schedule paid dividends for the NFL Network on Saturday marking its best numbers ever for the Combine.
Saturday’s ratings were up 81% (from a 0.19 household rating to a 0.35 rating) and viewership was up 91% to an average of 529,000 viewers vs. 277,000 last year.
With the schedule change, top prospects like QB’s Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston went through their paces on Saturday this year.
